Safety and Operation Approval Notice

The approval of safety and operation is a mandatory procedure that is stipulated in the regulations of construction of the CDMX (Art. 68, Art. 69, Art. 139, Art.170) which establishes that the owners of high rise buildings  newly built in where more than 50 people live or industrial activities greater than 40m2 are occupied, they must have the Obligatory Approval of Safety and Operation.

Approved Safety and Operation more than a procedure is an essential requirement to ensure the proper functioning of the property to be free of any damage , threat, danger or risk guaranteeing sustainable security when performing any type of operation or actions that involve the integrity of the buildings and the people who attend it, this is

 

applicable to any type of turn, be it of low impact, neighborhood, zonal, micro, small, medium or large industry as long as they are verified by a Director Responsible for work and the coresponsible where applicable, according to the parameters that mark the articles of the RCDF. It is important to inform  you that the safety and operation Approval must be accompanied bythe responsability of a Director Responsable for works, coresponsible in facilities, coresponsable in structural safety and coresponsible in Architectural urban design, as the case of each property.

The renewal of the Safety and Operation Approval will be carried out every three years, for which the Responsible Director of the works Manager and, where appropiate,

of the Correspondents, except for the following meeting centers: cabarets, discos, bars, dance halls, parties or similar commercial establishments of zonal impact, in which the renewal of the safety and operation approval will be carried out in a manner annual, without exception.
